Policy
ATP Custom Case, a division of Apeiron Technical Products is committed
to excellence in customer service. Whether you need help
determining the correct size case for your requirement, finding
the best "level of protection" & price, or designing and delivering a
Rapid Prototype, we can help. If we cannot fulfill your requirement we
will refer you to another supplier who may be able to.

Conditions
Guarantee/Warranty
Apeiron Technical Products guarantees your satisfaction with any product
purchased from us.
All Deluxe TOTE Wheel Cases, Roto-Classic
Cases, Roto-Rugged Cases, and Shipping Containers carry a one-year
manufacturer’s warranty against defects with the exception of hardware.
All Storm Cases carry an
unconditional lifetime guarantee of excellence. Hardigg Industries,
directly, will guarantee the product for a lifetime against breakage or
defects in workmanship. This Guarantee is void only if the Storm Case
has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your order after you receive it,
return it within 30 days with delivery charges pre-paid, proof of
purchase enclosed and in its original packaging, to origin. There is a
30% re-stocking charge. Please call for the return-to address.
All returns must be authorized to ensure prompt
handling and proper credit.
Payment and Open Account
Eligibility
All payment must be in U.S. funds. For immediate processing of your
order, Apeiron Technical Products accepts Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover. You must provide a credit card account number which is
issued in your name or which you are authorized to use.
Credit Card Address and Ship To address must be specified on
order.

Establishing an Account
Important !All
customers must pay by Credit Card or In Advance until a payment
history is established. Once a customer has purchased $2,500.00
worth of products they are eligible to apply for an Open Account,
Orders are accepted on Open Account for customers
having an acceptable credit rating. You authorize us to ask trade
references to furnish us with employment and credit information, and you
consent to our checking and reporting personal and/or business payment
and credit history. We reserve the right to deny this option.
Charges related to your
account
Customers agree to pay all fees and other charges incurred with your
order including all applicable taxes. Interest charges may be added to
any past due amounts at the lower of 2.0% per month or the maximum rate
allowed by law. Acceptance of late or partial payments [even if marked
"Paid in Full" or with other restrictions] shall not waive any of our
rights to collect the full amount of your ATP charges. Notice of any
disputes must be in writing and received by us within 30 days.
Customer agrees to reimburse us for reasonable attorney's fees and any
other costs associated with collecting overdue payments.
Pricing
Pricing shown is subject to change without notice. We welcome the
opportunity to compete against competitors pricing on custom designed
cases.
Sales Tax
For those residing in New York State, the following sales tax may apply:

cases ship UPS
Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day, or 3 Day, please specify.
Other arrangements or carriers may be used.
Certainly, we will work out the Best Way on
Custom Case Requirements.
Damages/Shortages
Please report claims for concealed loss or damage to our Problems
Department immediately. All containers and packaging materials must be
retained for inspection by the carrier. Claims must be filled with
the common carrier by the customer within 15 days of receipt of the
shipment.
